I just got back from spending a week with my family in Disney World. In case you don’t know we’re one of those families who goes all the time. At this point we probably could have built our own Magic Kingdom with the amount of money we’ve dropped there. I’ve been there 18 times. My mom has been there somewhere in the 60-70 range. OK, you can pick your jaw up now.
It was a blast. Here’s a few photos from the first couple of days.
We celebrated Gigi’s 60th birthday all week. Reid got to blow out her birthday candle.

Big Thunder Mountain is probably my favorite ride in Disney. This is the view climbing to the top of the big drop.

Pops, Aiden and Tom in the car behind me. So fun!

The view from our balcony.

Reid completely mesmerized with his Nintendo DS game system. I don’t think he even saw me.

Awwww, look how cute little Karen is standing in line. That little bugger is hard to keep an eye on. One minute he’s right next to you, the next he’s off running in the crowd.

Nothing beats an ice pop in the blazing heat.

Aiden got to do a cool scavenger hunt in Epcot center. They give you these phones with clues on how to find things. I’ve never seen the boy so focused.

This photo cracks me up. Karen’s trying to mask a face of sheer terror with a fake smile. I think it was his first time going down the slide. The second one is a close crop so you can see the dramatics of his face. Hilarious!!!
